Grill't

This was my first time here and I actually stumbled upon it by accident when I was searching for a barbecue restaurant in this area. But as the old saying goes everything happens for a reason. And there was definitely a reason why the good Lord brought me here tonight! And before I talk about the food I have to say the best part of this experience was the amazing customer service. The food can be good anywhere but it's the people that really puts the bow on it. I told the staff that I was going to go home and fire my mother because the food was so good but not only am I going to fire her I might sue her for never making food that's good for me. The food was absolutely amazing. I did the three meats, brisket, pulled pork, and rib tips and everything was maid to perfection! In fact it was so good that this was one of those occasions where I ordered even more food to go. All of the meets were perfectly cooked and super tender. I also had the mac and cheese which was to die for as well as the green beans and baked . If you don't live near this restaurant, I'm telling you right now however far you have to drive is going to be well worth it! This is another one of those times where I have to say run don't walk to this place and thank me later. The only negative I can give you right now is that they don't have more locations. 10 Stars! Finally, I don't normally review non-alcoholic drinks but the unsweet tea was also super good. And don't any of you come for me for not drinking sweet tea.

May 10th, 2025 I want to recognize Anthony and the staff at grill’t today (really every day)! I sent them a message on Facebook Messenger a few weeks ago asking if they ever opened up earlier than the normal hours for people. I explained to them that our oldest son was graduating from Ivy Tech on May 10th and the ceremony was going to be held at the New Castle field house. We wanted to celebrate Saijin with grill’ts great barbecue and they were more than happy to oblige. We was able to reserve the entire restaurant for a private event and not only that, we were able to request a certain side that’s not always available (Saijin’s favorite...Spuds) and Anthony even gifted Saijin a gift card to come back again! They have AMAZING food and even better service and they deserve to be recognized. Please go try their food if you’ve never been. You won’t be disappointed! Today (March 29th, 2025) we picked up a preorder of Grill’t’s catered food! We ordered some pork belly burnt ends, green beans, collard greens, and the cheesy spuds. Anthony made EVERYTHING well above our expectations. If you like barbecue, go to Grill’t and check them out. They make delicious food and they are the friendliest people. Grill’t has AMAZING food and the staff is so nice and friendly. We definitely recommend eating there. We tried the fried pickles for the first time today and they were delicious. Debbie definitely makes them the best. Look at that breading!

Our family stopped in tonight specifically for the birria tacos special because they are one of our faves. They were amazing!!! My daughter had her go-to loaded mac and I snagged one to go. The food has only gotten better since day 1. Beyond the food, the hospitality is top notch. It’s like visiting family and leaving with some of the best home cooking. They treat all customers like they’ve known them for years.

The food here is amazing! Their fried pickles are the best I’ve ever tasted, and I normally get them at restaurants. I’ve been craving them since I got the loaded fries and added pulled pork and spicy bbq sauce and they were incredible. Seasoned fries topped with cheese, bacon, ranch, pork, jalapenos. Someone in our group got the ribs and said they were also great! Met the owners as well and they were very sweet and made sure we enjoyed all of our food. Highly recommend!

The food here is awesome. Served just like how you want bbq. Sauced heavy and super flavorful. The ladies at the front are amazing. They are burst of life and seem happy to be serving you their great food. Loved interacting with them. Rib tips were unreal. Great sweet tea as well!

This place is so amazing! Fantastic food, place, and the best Host/owner! We came up here from Kentucky, and we will make sure to stop by again soon! Thank you for accommodating us, and the samples while we waited! I totally recommend to anyone looking for tasty BBQ!

Me and my little family not only love the food here but the sweet people that make it! We have ate inside and gotten take out and we’ve loved it everytime. Highly recommend! Beautiful people here.

Love this place! Fantastic food and service! Everyone who works there is always so polite and nice. I've been a customer/fan since they were just a food truck. I am very happy they were able to open their own establishment where we are able to enjoy their wonderful food more frequently! The best food and service in town, in my opinion! Oh, and did I mention they are the only place in town to get these birrie tacos!!!
